Delivery Option Information

Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery provides delivery of your item to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up, assembly of any items or removal of any packaging materials.


Garage Delivery
Garage delivery provides 1-2 person delivery of your item to the garage only. This service does not include set up, assembly of any items or removal of any packaging materials.


White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery provides 2 person delivery of your item up to 2 flights of steps inside the home. Pathway, staircase and landings must allow sufficient space for the item and moving equipment. Item is unboxed, shipping feet or pallet removed, and item placed in desired location. After placing your order for White Glove delivery, we will email you a brief site survey form that MUST be completed before we can proceed with coordinating your shipment. To keep your cost down, our White Glove Delivery process works a bit differently. The item will be delivered either Curbside or with Garage Delivery and then we will send our Moving team to your location after to install your safe.

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers, and so on). Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Safe Vault Pros’ control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. Return Policy

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order, they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

SnapSafe® 75419 32-Inch Out-Swing Vault Door – Black

The SnapSafe® 75419 Vault Door provides a secure entrance for a gun room, safe room, closet, storm shelter, or other protected space. Its out-swing configuration opens away from the secured room, preserving valuable interior floor space and making it a practical choice for compact rooms or storage areas.

The door and frame are constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel. Nine 1-inch live locking bolts reinforce the locking edge, while a three-spoke slip-clutch handle helps protect the lock mechanism against excessive forced-entry torque.

A UL Listed SecuRAM™ digital lock provides programmable electronic access. An EMP-resistant mechanical key backup offers an alternative entry method when electronic access is unavailable, and an interior release handle allows the door to be unlocked from inside the protected room.

Designed for a standard 32-inch doorway, the vault door combines room-size access with a comparatively narrow footprint. Integrated steel exterior trim, chrome hardware, and a durable black finish provide a clean appearance after installation.

Installation Information

The recommended rough opening is approximately 82 inches high by 34 inches wide. Confirm that adequate unobstructed space is available outside the protected room for the door’s full outward swing. The opening must also be level, plumb, square, structurally suitable, and capable of supporting the approximately 330-pound assembly.

SnapSafe recommends checking both diagonal rough-opening measurements; they should be within 1/4 inch of one another. Plastic shims, a four-foot or longer level, a square, a drill, a 1/4-inch drill bit, and one 9V battery are required but not included. Use multiple capable helpers or qualified professional installers to support the door until every fastener is secure.

SnapSafe® warrants its safes, lock boxes, and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If a covered product breaks because of a qualifying defect, SnapSafe will repair or replace it at no charge, at the manufacturer’s option.

Warranty service requires prior authorization from SnapSafe and remains subject to the manufacturer’s current terms, procedures, and exclusions. Damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized modification, or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship is not covered.
