Vaultek® LifePod 20 Essential Portable Handgun Safe

The Vaultek LifePod 20 Essential delivers secure portable storage in a lightweight case designed for travel, vehicles, bedside use, and everyday valuables. Its interior accommodates a full-size handgun up to 9.25 inches long while leaving room for a magazine or other compact essentials.

A touch-activated Smart Sense™ keypad provides fast access using a customizable four- to eight-digit master code. The illuminated controls remain discreet until touched, while two manual backup keys provide an alternate entry method when needed.

Vaultek’s built-in anti-impact latch helps keep the case securely locked if it is dropped or struck. An interior key-lock feature can disable the exterior keyway, adding another layer of protection against attempted picking.

The proprietary impact-resistant polymer construction combines strength with easy portability. Dual side compression latches tighten the lid against an interior rubber gasket, creating a case that is water-resistant, airtight, dustproof, and capable of floating in water.

The electronic lock operates for up to one year under normal use with a single 9V alkaline battery. If the battery loses power, a concealed micro-USB connection provides temporary external power so the keypad can still be operated. The case can also be used without a battery as a protective, non-electronic storage case.
