Vaultek® LifePod XE Basic Biometric Portable Safe

The Vaultek LifePod XE Basic Biometric provides quick fingerprint access and secure equipment storage in a slim, briefcase-style portable case. Its spacious interior can protect firearms, magazines, optics, collectibles, electronics, and other valuable gear at home or while traveling.

A weatherproof high-resolution biometric scanner stores up to 20 unique fingerprints for personalized access. The touch-sensitive Smart Sense™ backlit keypad supplies an alternate electronic entry method using a four- to eight-digit master code, while manual backup keys provide access when electronic power is unavailable.

The interior measures 13 inches long, 9 inches wide, and 3 inches high. Protective crate foam lines the lid and base, and multiple removable bottom layers allow the storage depth to be adjusted for thin equipment, larger items, or different firearm configurations.

Vaultek constructs the LifePod XE from its lightweight, high-impact TP3™ polymer. Dual anti-impact locking latches help keep the case secured if it is dropped or struck, while reinforced attachment points accept the included steel security cable for tethering to a suitable stationary object.

Front compression latches press the lid against an interior rubber gasket to create a weatherproof, airtight, dustproof, and leak-resistant enclosure that floats in water. The case is also recognized as a TSA-compliant firearm safety device when used in accordance with applicable transportation requirements.

A concealed USB-C connection can temporarily power the controls if the installed battery becomes depleted. The modular interior can also accept an optional lid organizer, pluck-foam kit, or quick-release mounting tray when a more specialized storage arrangement is needed.
