The Vaultek LifePod XE Special Edition combines biometric access, customizable storage, and all-weather protection in a slim, briefcase-style portable safe. Choose Covert Black, Olive Drab, or Sandstone using the color selector. All three colors include the same upgraded Special Edition interior and security features.
A weatherproof high-resolution biometric scanner stores up to 20 unique fingerprints for personalized entry. A touch-sensitive Smart Sense™ backlit keypad provides an alternate electronic access method using a four- to eight-digit master code, while manual backup keys offer access when electronic power is unavailable.
The 13-inch-long interior includes a pre-installed lid organizer with several zippered mesh pockets for magazines, documents, electronics, and other compact essentials. A customizable pluck-foam layer creates fitted storage pockets in the lower compartment, while the crate-foam base cushions stored equipment.
A removable slip cover protects equipment and unfolds for use as a padded gun mat or workspace. It can also divide the interior into two storage levels, allowing smaller belongings to be organized separately from a handgun or other larger equipment.
Vaultek constructs the case from lightweight, high-impact TP3™ polymer. Dual anti-impact locking latches help the safe remain secured if it is dropped or struck, while reinforced attachment points accept the included steel security cable for tethering the case to a suitable stationary object.
Front compression latches press the lid against an interior rubber gasket to create a weatherproof, airtight, dustproof, and leak-resistant enclosure that floats in water. The LifePod XE is also a TSA-compliant firearm safety device when used in accordance with applicable travel regulations.
A concealed USB-C connection can temporarily power the electronic controls if the installed battery becomes depleted. Additional LifePod XE accessories, including a quick-release mounting tray, can be purchased separately when a different interior configuration is needed.
Vaultek provides limited warranty protection against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Product registration may extend eligible coverage, and proof of purchase may be required. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, accidents, abuse, tampering, or ordinary wear is excluded.
