Vaultek® LifePod 20 Full-Size Portable Lockbox

The Vaultek LifePod 20 provides full-size portable storage for a handgun, magazines and everyday essentials. Available in Covert Black and Titanium Gray, its expanded interior accommodates handguns measuring up to 9.25 inches in overall length while remaining compact enough for vehicles, luggage, backpacks and trips to the range.

A touch-activated Smart Sense™ capacitive keypad provides authorized access using a programmable four- to eight-digit master code. The keypad is backlit for use in low-light conditions, and a quick-press locking function engages the built-in anti-impact latch. Two manual keys provide an alternate entry method.

The removable interior tray creates two layers of organized storage. Use the upper tray for compact items and everyday-carry equipment, or remove it to make room for a full-size handgun. Protective high-density foam helps keep the contents from shifting, while the built-in LED light illuminates the interior after the case is opened.

Vaultek’s impact-resistant T3™ polymer construction combines strength with convenient portability. Dual side-compression latches and an interior rubber gasket create a water-resistant, airtight and dustproof seal. The LifePod also floats in water and meets TSA guidelines when transported according to applicable firearm-storage requirements.

The LifePod 20 operates on one 9V alkaline battery for up to a year under normal use. A concealed micro-USB port supplies backup power if the battery is depleted, and the case can still provide weather-resistant storage without battery power. An optional anti-picking mode can disable the exterior keyway from inside the case.
