The Vaultek LifePod XR Biometric Special Edition combines a premium dual-layer interior with quick fingerprint access and rugged all-weather construction. Its versatile organization system accommodates handguns, magazines, optics, electronics, emergency supplies, photography equipment, and other valuable gear.
The upper storage level features a removable full-width tray with an adjustable padded divider system. These repositionable dividers create separate compartments for equipment of different sizes, helping prevent loose items from shifting or contacting one another during transport.
A removable water-repellent hard-shell zip case fits inside the upper tray. The accessory case includes its own lid organizer and adjustable storage compartment, allowing frequently used tools, ammunition, electronics, or personal belongings to be removed as a single organized unit.
Beneath the tray is a second full-width storage area with another padded divider system. This lower compartment provides protected space for larger equipment while preserving quick access to smaller items stored above. A built-in lid organizer adds multiple zippered mesh pockets without consuming floor space.
A weather-resistant high-resolution biometric scanner stores up to 20 fingerprints for personalized entry. The Smart Sense™ backlit keypad provides a second electronic access method using a four- to eight-digit code, while two manual backup keys offer access if electronic power is unavailable.
The case uses lightweight, impact-resistant TP3™ polymer with reinforced steel interior hinges and dual anti-impact locking latches. Front compression latches and an interior gasket create a weather-resistant, airtight, and dustproof enclosure that floats with a load of up to 27 pounds.
A 9V alkaline battery supplies electronic power for up to one year under normal use. If the battery becomes depleted, a concealed micro-USB connection can temporarily power the controls. The included steel security cable allows the case to be tethered to a suitable stationary object.
Vaultek provides limited warranty protection against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Product registration may extend eligible coverage, and proof of purchase may be required. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, accidents, abuse, tampering, or ordinary wear is excluded.
