Vaultek® LifePod XT Basic Biometric Portable Safe

The Vaultek LifePod XT Basic Biometric is a high-capacity portable safe designed to protect multiple handguns, magazines, travel equipment, documents, electronics, and other valuables. Its spacious interior provides approximately 998 cubic inches of usable storage while maintaining a portable, travel-ready design.

Fast authorized access is provided by a high-resolution biometric scanner capable of storing up to 20 unique fingerprints. The safe also includes Vaultek's illuminated Smart Sense™ keypad and two manual backup keys, giving you multiple dependable ways to reach the contents.

The rugged enclosure is constructed from Vaultek's advanced non-metal TP3™ polymer. This lightweight material resists impacts and environmental exposure while avoiding the excessive weight associated with similarly sized steel storage cases.

Dual anti-impact latches help keep the lid securely closed if the safe is dropped or struck. The airtight, dustproof and water-resistant construction also allows the LifePod XT to float when carrying a load of up to 33 pounds.

A customizable pluck-foam base lets you create fitted storage spaces for firearms and equipment. The lid includes compression foam that helps hold the stored items securely in place during transportation.

An interior LED light improves visibility in dark rooms, vehicles and outdoor environments. The safe operates for up to one year on a single 9V alkaline battery, depending on usage, and a concealed micro-USB port can provide backup power if the battery is depleted.

The included four-foot steel security cable allows the LifePod XT to be tethered inside a vehicle, hotel room, office or other fixed location. When used in accordance with current transportation requirements, its lockable portable design is suitable for air travel.
