The Vaultek LifePod XT Range Edition is a rugged biometric firearm case designed to keep a complete handgun loadout organized for transportation, range days and secure storage. Choose the Covert Black Range Edition or the signature Colion Noir Edition, with each configuration providing dedicated storage for five pistols, magazines and essential accessories.
Authorized users can quickly unlock the case through its weatherproof high-definition biometric scanner, touch-sensitive Smart Sense™ keypad or either of the two manual backup keys. The fingerprint scanner stores up to 20 unique fingerprints, while the programmable keypad accepts a personal code between four and eight digits.
The removable modular tray includes five pistol racks and a magazine rack to keep firearms upright, separated and accessible. A removable multipurpose zip pouch provides flexible storage for ammunition, tools and other range equipment.
The Colion Noir Edition adds exclusive exterior branding and a signature printed camo interior. Its upgraded lid organizer includes mesh pockets, a mini MOLLE panel, hook-and-loop attachment areas for accessories or patches and a detachable AirTag pocket. AirTag and patches are not included.
The enclosure is constructed from advanced non-metal TP3™ polymer engineered for strength without the excessive weight of a similarly sized metal case. Reinforced steel interior hinges, dual anti-impact latches and a quick-release security-cable mount provide additional protection against unauthorized removal and forced entry.
Front compression latches and an interior rubber gasket help seal the case against environmental exposure. The LifePod XT is weather resistant, airtight and dustproof, and it can float while carrying a load of up to 33 pounds.
The electronic lock operates on one 9V alkaline battery for up to one year under normal use. If the battery becomes depleted, a concealed micro-USB port can provide temporary backup power. The case can also continue functioning as a sealed water-resistant storage case without battery power.
An integrated handle supports portable use, while the included 48-inch steel cable allows the case to be tethered to a suitable stationary object. When used according to current transportation requirements, the LifePod XT is suitable for TSA-compliant firearm travel.
Vaultek provides a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Coverage does not include misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear or accidental damage. Warranty eligibility is subject to Vaultek's current terms and may require product registration and proof of purchase.
