The Vaultek® MRi-BK MR Series Essential Biometric Safe provides high-capacity storage for up to four handguns, magazines, everyday-carry gear, documents, cash, and other personal valuables. Its dual-layer interior uses a removable pull-out shelf to keep frequently accessed items organized above additional storage space.
A progressive-formed 14-gauge steel body and reinforced 12-gauge steel door provide substantial protection in a size suited for a bedroom, closet, office, or secure desktop installation. Anti-pry seams, interior hinges, and dual anti-impact latches help keep the door secured against forced entry and impact.
Authorized users can open the MRi with the high-resolution biometric scanner, the eight-button Smart Sense™ keypad, or either manual backup key. The central LCD screen provides immediate status feedback, while the automatic-opening door presents the protected interior after successful entry.
Essential operation keeps programming and access local without Wi-Fi, smartphone-app setup, or subscription services. Four AAA batteries provide approximately one year of normal use, and the supplied power cable can provide continuous plug-in power when an outlet is available.
Enhanced interior LEDs illuminate both storage levels, while the sliding shelf brings smaller items forward for convenient access. Pre-drilled mounting holes and included hardware allow the safe to be secured to a suitable wall, floor, nightstand, or other stationary surface.
Vaultek® guarantees this safe against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the original purchase date through an authorized dealer. Verified product registration extends the warranty period to three years.
