Vaultek® NSL2i-BK ViSN™ Biometric Slider Safe

The Vaultek NSL2i combines rapid handgun access with the remote monitoring capabilities of the ViSN™ platform. Its slim vertical design stores one compact or full-size handgun up to 8.875 inches long along with one spare magazine. An optics-ready pocket accommodates many pistols equipped with a top-mounted red-dot sight.

When authorized, Vaultek’s three-point precision rail system rapidly deploys the drawer and presents the stored handgun in a ready position. Dual ball-bearing guides provide smooth operation, while automatic interior LED lighting makes the firearm and magazine easier to identify in low-light conditions.

Access is available through the high-resolution biometric scanner, five-button Smart Sense™ keypad, or two included manual keys. ViSN mode can store as many as 80 fingerprints, and the programmable master code can contain four to eight digits. The safe also supports Vaultek Nano Key™ 3.0 accessories in ViSN mode; Nano Keys are sold separately.

ViSN connects the safe to compatible Wi-Fi networks for guided setup, status monitoring, and live safe-activity alerts through the Vaultek ViSN smartphone app. Owners can also monitor the safe through the ViSN web dashboard. An optional Essential mode allows standalone keypad and biometric operation without Wi-Fi, app monitoring, or Nano Key access.

The NSL2i is constructed from rugged 16-gauge carbon steel and uses an anti-impact latch to help keep the drawer secured under force. Its included ambidextrous mounting plate supports several installation arrangements, including standard VESA 75 mm and 100 mm patterns, making it suitable for a nightstand, desk, bookshelf, wall, or vehicle installation.

Vaultek Warranty

Vaultek backs the NSL2i with a two-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. Registering the safe with Vaultek extends eligible warranty coverage to three years and assists with technical support and replacement-key service.
